  • At the beginning of our first session together, we will go through important paperwork including a consent form that covers issues such as confidentiality, privacy, Medicare and fees, and any other information that might impact your sessions.

The remainder of your first session will be spent discussing the concerns or issues that have led you to seek therapy.

Understanding your life and how your concerns developed will entail exploring relevant background information as well as important details that might have impacted how you are coping today. Together we will develop a therapy plan and discuss which types of therapeutic frameworks will best suit you and your therapy goals.
